Shepherd Brown, originally from Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan, New York, moved to California during his "formative" years. He graduated with a B.S. in Graphic Design from San Jose State.

Shepherd has worked in several boutique design firms in the Bay Area, where he honed his typography and design skills on print and online marketing communications for the technology, health and entertainment sectors. He has also led in-house creative teams through product launches and corporate rebranding in addition to developing internal corporate identities & collateral and marketing solutions.
He is a print purist who loves the smell and feel of beautifully printed design but also knows the value of a well crafted email.

Shepherd resides in the Bay Area with his wife and two sons. He is an outrigger paddler, volunteer little league umpire, and collector of all things Tiki. He makes a mean pulled pork BBQ and an even meaner
Mai Tai.
